I found a passion for wellness after experiencing profound health struggles
7 years ago I was at my lowest health when, after suffering from severe pain in my hands and feet for many months, I was diagnosed with a type of autoimmune arthritis. When the doctor wanted to start me on a type of chemotherapy drug to combat the illness, something broke inside me that gave me clarity. I thought to myself, “I am 29 years old, I am not supposed to be unhealthy, I am supposed to be thriving, my body is not supposed to be doing this, and I refuse to believe there is no reason why this has happened and nothing I can do other than take a scary pill.”
I set out on a journey from that point on to learn everything I could to make myself better. This was when my deep interest in and passion for pursuing good health, preventing disease, and life longevity began and since that time I have learned so much and significantly changed my health and my life. I have an immense desire to share my knowledge with people in hopes that it will impact them positively and help them live healthier and longer lives too.
That is why I started Well Anyway. Pursuing good health is not easy. In a world where toxicity is all around us and conflicting information is thrown at us left and right, pursuing good health is overwhelming. We’re busy. We’re tired. The healthiest choices are most certainly not the most convenient and are often the most expensive. I want to encourage you that it is worth pursuing good health anyway.
A commitment to small, incremental changes over time can make a big difference. With Well Anyway, I will bring you relevant health information, actionable steps, and natural remedies to incorporate in everyday life in a way that is easy to absorb and incorporate. I hope you will find value in what I have to share and I am so honored that you are here!
